Scrutiny Committee

The committee is mainly formed to ensure that all the exams being conducted in the college following the quality and standards of the conduct of examination.

Objectives:

To help in planning and implementing examination in an effective manner
To conduct the examination as per the standards and guidelines given by the university

Functions:

Prepare policies for evaluation of question paper
Ensure confidentiality throughout the preparation of question paper
Maintain the records to verify the student participation in examination
Evaluate student performance in the examination and identify the slow learners on the basis of results.

Frequency of meeting: – Once in 3 months
