Hostel Management Committee

Hostel management committee is the committee to including the hostel authorities and hostel leaders and representatives of the each batch. Committee is responsible for the well functioning of the hostel and wellbeing of the hostel members. Through this committee the inmates getting the chance to express the suggestions and solve their grievances as much as possible.

Objectives:

To provide comfortable environment to the students
To create an atmosphere of harmony and co-operation among the hostellers
To provide a quiet and peaceful environment for their studies, prayer,
To provide a safe environment and protect from any harmful attacks like ragging
To give an ambience for the behaviour modification and to practice discipline

Functions of the Committee:

The committee always work for the good harmony of hostel environment
Take initiatives for the grievance redressal of students and communicate the same to the concerned authorities.
Encourage the students to maintain a team spirit and cooperation amongst them by creating healthy competition.
Proper maintenance of hostel and mess and to have a check on quality of food.
To provide opportunity for where they can exhibit their skills.

Quorum

The quorum shall be 2/3^rd of the total members

Frequency of meeting

Once in a month and as and when needed
